Current students: Must be enrolled in a Taiwan university/college in the 2nd semester of the 115 academic year; seniors (including 4th-year) or above in undergraduate or graduate programs; any major; excludes in-service students.
New graduates: Graduating in the 114 academic year and must obtain a diploma by Aug 31, 115 (males must have completed or be exempt from military service); excludes in-service students.
2. Overseas Chinese/foreign students: Must hold ARC; excludes students from Mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macao:
Current students: Must be enrolled in a Taiwan university/college in the 2nd semester of the 115 academic year; seniors (including 4th-year) or above in undergraduate or graduate programs; any major; excludes in-service students.
New graduates: Graduating in the 114 academic year; undergraduate or graduate students enrolled in Taiwan universities/colleges, who can complete required hours by Aug 31, 115 and maintain student status.

Internship period and hours?

Internship period: 2026/7/1~2026/9/30
The total number of internship hours must be at least 150 hours (at least 50 hours of internship hours are arranged per month); Overseas Chinese students shall not exceed 20 hours per week during the school period, and there is no limit during summer vacation; This is no longer the limit for fresh graduates, but the total number of internship hours must still reach 150 hours)

Salary and benefits during the internship?

This program provides subsidies to trainees as salary subsidies during the internship period, and salary and benefits are negotiated between the interviewer and the trainee unit during the interview.

Labor insurance and health insurance?

1.  Labor insurance: trainee working hours, rest, vacation, leave, salary structure, the above must comply with the Labor Standards Act.
2. Health insurance: The portion to be borne by employers who apply for labor insurance and national health insurance in accordance with the provisions of the National Health Insurance Act.

Eligibility of the applicant unit?

1. A company established in accordance with the Company Act of the Republic of China or a sole proprietorship or partnership established in accordance with the Business Registration Act, and shall not be a mainland-funded enterprise (determined according to the announcement of the registration and publicity information inquiry service of the Department of Commerce of the Ministry of Economic Affairs or the directory of mainland investment enterprises invested in Taiwan by the Investment Review Committee of the Ministry of Economic Affairs).
2. The company has been registered in China for more than three years (inclusive) in the field of digital innovation in accordance with the law.
3. The company has at least one full-time personnel

Termination of internship?

If the trainee must terminate the internship due to other reasons such as poor adaptation, the trainee unit can submit an application for termination of the internship to this plan.

Question 10

What are the application requirements?

1. The trainee unit needs to apply for at least 2 (inclusive) personnel and provide internship opportunities.
2. At least one person must be assigned as the contact point, and cooperate with the relevant regulations of the plan and communication matters, and attend various meetings or activities when necessary.
